A revered annual event, Carlsbad’s State of the City luncheon is poised to impress. The event, presented by the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce, is from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Aug. 16 at the Four Seasons Resort Aviara.
This year’s presentation will include an exciting video detailing the progress of the City of Carlsbad on its many projects and features Mayor Claude “Bud” Lewis.
“I am really looking forward to seeing the video, especially because the city’s new golf course just opened,” said Lisa Manemann, director of special events for the chamber. Manemann urged chamber members business owners and residents to visit the chamber’s website at www.carlsbad.org to register for the luncheon.
Attendees will enjoy a delicious lunch as they listen and watch an update of the great coastal city.
