On September 23, 2020 the Carlsbad Chamber hosted a Carlsbad City Council Candidate Forum for the 2020 November election. All four candidates vying for positions attended the forum that was conducted via Zoom. The candidate are, for District 2: Keith Blackburn and Lela Panagides; for District 4: Phil Urbina and Teresa Acosta. See the full video here:
